Our car broke down on a trip this past weekend and I'm grateful that Nick from Busted Knuckles was able to get our party of 3 where we needed to go, with our car in tow. His service was outstanding and he went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and that we had all the information we could need about our car and our situation. On top of that, we had a great conversation on our way to our destination. Highly recommended!
Tom and Paul were absolutely the BEST! Professional, kind, and more than willing to take the time to help "figure it out". They came highly recommended - and they more than lived up to that recommendation! So very happy to have them here on the south jersey shore as the mechanics at my summer place!!! #bestservice-ever!
staff was rude and inexperienced, went elsewhere to get the problem fixed. When you go to a mechanic they're supposed to find and fix the problem, but they were just talking about much money they're going to make the next year from ripping people off.
My truck broke down while on vacation in marmora, a friend of mine at the local camp ground suggested to have them tow it and fix it. They were there within 30 minutes to tow my truck. My truck was fixed by the end of the day.Saved my vacation Good job guys!!
