Very long wait of an hour, and only one employee. By the time it was my turn, there were 7 people behind me and since it took him 45 minutes to get the patron before me a new phone, I could not in good conscious make them wait another 45 minutes while he helped me! The person in front of me kept encouraging the employee to help someone else rather than stare at her new phone while it downloaded, but to no avail. I will NEVER go back to this store! I will say that the employee was pleasant, but, that kind of wait is not acceptable.
Wouldn't help me after I bought $670 Samsung Galaxy S7. Back and previous buttons wont work. Guy looked at my phone and said there was definitely something wrong with my phone but I may have caused the problem. Wouldn't help me at all. Phone wasn't even a week old. And then after playing around with Verizon customer service my 14 day warranty expired and even after paying for extended coverage would have 2 pay $149 deductable and only replace my new $670 phone with a refurbished one. This can't be a new problem as I researched on Google and found many similar complaints and the Google store has many apps that provide back, home and previous floating keys which have been helpful. But when I spent close to $700 and still paying for it monthly I would expect to have a phone that works perfectly. I will never shop there again and also have heard negative comments from friends and family who have shipped there. Also, tried other Verizon store without any help. I will never buy another Samsung product or use Verizon ever again.
The manager here is a great guy, super helpful and friendly and the service was better than many other Verizon locations I've been to
They were awesome. One employee even went to another location to pick a device up. Great customers service. My visit was the end of Feb of 2016.
