I had a good experience with these guys. I was able to get an oil change quickly during peak vacation season, and they also mounted and balanced a tire for a very fair price. Talked with the owner a bit, who said he had been in business for 21 years.
Great service, reasonable rate. Went the extra mile to help with my tire issue, and left my car clean and sand free which was an unexpected bonus! Appreciate your friendly professional service and definitely will be back!
I was pleasantly surprised to see how many of the big Don bugs came off in the car wash. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend trying even if you don't like taking your car to a car wash.
I would go to this place when I needed a quick oil change from time to time. After a couple of visits, I noticed a pattern. Always found the same type of nail in my tire, dirty filter needed replaced, whoever you brought this car to before did this, etc. Long story short, this place is a rip off and the owner is very unprofessional. I raised some concerns to the owner and he started to act like a crazy lunatic. I am going to tell every one I can about my experience here.
A few years ago when they first opened I raved about this place, the owner was SO kind, and he said to make sure I left a review if I had a good experience and I sure did ! I deleted that review and am rewriting a new one. The owner is an absolutely a***h***. Chuck I believe his name is? Once his business was stable, his true colors showed. His absolute ignorance is enough to turn you off, this place is a rip off, takes advantage of you, has no clue what they are doing. My sisters pricey Acura, they recommended and persistently told her she needed her transmission flushed or it would damage her car. Ended up almost voiding her warranty with Acura bc you are NEVER supposed to her your transmission flushed. Another friend of mine, went in for an oil change and bulb change, they never even put a bulb back in. The only thing they are a decent for is a quick oil change. It's a shame because had the owners gratitude stayed the same he would have a lot more business. Haven't heard of anyone going there anymore.
